My partner wanted to give me a coat whose model was no longer available in Montreal. One of the employees brought it back to us personally from New York even though the delivery service was not available. THANKS! ☺️ All the staff are very friendly and were very helpful. And what can we say about the quality and design of the coats! We have become loyal customers.

Wow, what a great service, I always wanted to grab a Kanuk but never liked any design they do, finally I settled on the Mont royal desogn and I was in love, it’s so elegant, classy sporty contemporary, Nathan the sales guy, obviously new generation, yong man, was so different than this new generation, knowledgeable, took the time to answer all questions, advised me to try different models and finally settled on the one I liked already, mont Royal, amazing quality, so warm, Nathan was bilingual and as I said took all the time to satisfy us, what a customer service before sales, no need to talk about customer service after sale, this is the one and only , tip brand that I trust I. Quebec for jackets, they know what a winter jacket in Quebec should be, I previously tried Canada Goose and this by far, is superior over canada goose, let’s not forget the last at the caisse, unfortunately I forgot her name, don’t blame me, I’m 46 lol, she also took the time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain the warranty, I will specifically go there again to ask the yong lady her name to update this review, because she deserves a 5/5 review for the customer service and patience she had! Bravo ! I highly suggest Kanuk and this store specially.
