I have been living at Condos Eau-Vie for 2 and a half years now. I would not change my magnificent views and my very beautiful all glass condo to admire the river, the greenery and the wildlife. Everything has evolved well. It is now a little gem! By comparison inexpensive to have a condo directly on the water! And the other co-owners are very pleasant.

It has evolved quite well and become a real gem! Very affordable for a condo directly on the river compared to others. Also very nice fellow co-owners.

Condos Eau-Vie is an amazing place to live in. Extremely solid and well-built building with all you need in terms of amenities. The infinity pool is just amazing and overlooking the beautiful Rivière des Prairies. The views are just spectacular from every angle of the building. A true haven within few minutes from Montreal and Laval's attraction center.
