Dealt with this professional man once already in the past…succesfully repaired my drying machine and gave it 3 years extra life. I contacted him last minute to repair my washing machine because i had to leave on a vacation in 3 days and he was able to schedule a weekend appointment just for me! He was on time, great personality, and most importantly honest and humble.
He pointed out that he could repair the washing machine for a couple more loads before it would need to be changed (it is a 13 year old machine). He gave me great advise on what i should look into for another machine as well as pay particular attention to detail like vacuuming the dust behind it. Very meticulous in his work ethic. Also very knowledgable with these appliances.
I would 100% recommend him to anybody who wants extend the life of their existing appliances or for honest feedback! Was a very reasonably priced as well for the time spent repairing it.

Called for a dryer that was not heating up. He was very informative and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He fixed the problem in no time and made sure to test the dryer to confirm the problem went away. He even took the time to answer some question about other appliances which was appreciated. Affordable prices and great service! Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the prompt service. This morning at 8am called and they got back to me within 10 minutes to check availability with the serviceperson. As the fridge needed an emergency check-up/repair, 15 minutes later he arrived and started the diagnostics. Mr. Mahmoud seemed very well experienced he gave a very clear explanation of the cause of the problem. The freezer was cold but the fridge was not cold enough. We agreed on the cost of the part to be changed and labor and an hour and half later the job was completed to perfection.
