(April 18, 2021, 11:31 am)The employee asked me for my card to reserve a spot to sit in the study area, I explained that I live in Montreal and I don't have any. So he suggested I got back to my local library or study sitting on the Grass outdoors because the library is only to be used by Laval residents. I demanded to speak to the manager, she was a lovely lady who told him to make me a visitor's card, the employee apologized . I'm glad the manager was there.
