Le Parapluie Bleu

Parapluie bleu has changed our lives. As an autistic mom parenting an autistic child, I felt defeated and hopeless... until I met Desy, Cheryl and the team. Whereas I had a (mostly) non-verbal, dysregulated and anxious child, I now have a happy, curious, verbal, empathetic, kind, social child. Most days I don't even recognize her anymore! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my child's development. I'm also a better parent because of PB - more understanding, more relaxed, more attuned to her needs, and more patient. If I could put more than 5 stars, I would. PB is our second family, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

The program at Parapluie Blue allowed my son to grow and find his strengths. He has learned to speak, to express himself, and be open to learning and playong. Working with the therapists throughout even the pandemic, his best interests were always paramount. The care and kindness shown to us from his team had allowed us to learn to apply the techniques to everyday life. It is amazing how much we have learned, and how far we have come.
