simply exceptional service with employees like Cyrine and Tarek incredibly dedicated to their business who stand out for their commitment, dedication and exceeding our expectations with an impeccable sense of urgency! Generous employees, respectful, available and always ready to meet our every need!

For the stay at the Polyclinique les Jasmins hospital, it was perfect from a@z honestly very well received and treated with clear and precise explanations. A very professional and attentive team with great human communication!

For my surgeon Dr Hassen Ben Jemaa my god what a gentleman this Doctor! He exudes such assurance, intelligence, confidence and a crazy charisma that transports us to instant confidence!❤️ What to say about the work done… simply perfect…⭐️

He asked me if I had any questions and I answered yes only one…when can I come back……☺️Loll

The hotel Le Grand Tunis what to say that comfort, cleanliness, beauty breathtaking view!!! The food….. we were like kids always waiting to see the new menu for every meal! The food is excellent, varied a lot of very tasty choices and excellent quality and freshness of food just perfect!! The impeccable service, the kindness of the waiters and their passion were reflected in their exchanges with us!

A memorable stay that greatly exceeded my expectations this service should be considered VIP no less!

I recommend Medcare travel with my eyes closed. I have been to Tunisia twice with them and the service is exceptional. They take care of everything from the beginning to the end of the trip, which allows us to take full care of our recovery. The team is very present and professional and the doctors very accessible. The care offered is very professional and French is the second language in Tunisia, which makes it a preferred destination. I was extremely satisfied with the results of the surgeries that were performed and I advise everyone to treat themselves to this great experience!!!!!

Hello Tunisia. I am my spouse, we went on a trip to Tunisia for surgery, bbl and facial cervico. At the beginning, I was very undecided about the job. My advice was from the staff at médicare. The girls Hedia and Linda reassured us very well about what awaited us. These are very big decisions to make, at the beginning I was very boring with everyone, including the doctor and I met other people who were there and my worries turned into confidence. I have just had an exceptional experience and I am 100% satisfied, Medcare vacance is a Quebec company that offers us Cosmetic Surgery but as much medical surgery if necessary at competitive prices 50% less than here in Quebec and that with the accommodation in a serene and safe environment. My surgeon was an artist Dr. Hassen Ben Jemaa based at the Jasmins clinic which for me is not a clinic but rather a clean and specialized hospital where pain management is a priority, at the Grand Tunis hotel , the meals are copious and excellent with the flavor of Tunisia, the service is very professional and above all friendly.
My experience with the Medcare team has been rich and full of laughter.
The team in Tunisia is kind, especially present for all our needs and to enhance all the post-operative nursing care during the balance of your stay at the hotel is done in the room with professionalism.
As for communication, it is done in French so there is no ambiguity about your needs.

I will go back without a doubt and I highly recommend because there is no comparison with the care we have here in Quebec. On one thing surgery is a work of art that I did not receive here at my first surgery when in post-operative care here in Quebec you go home alone to manage and if you want to have some you have to move.

This jewel of a Tunisian hotel stands out for its cleanliness, its sense of aesthetics, the good food and the excellent service. As for the Avicenne medical clinic, it takes up the professional challenge in all respects: reception, hygiene of the premises, quality of care, follow-up, etc... Together with the person from whom we expect the most, the plastic surgeon, with 'broad medical and surgical knowledge, he delivers the goods. Dr. Mabrouki takes no risks; nor before, during and after surgery. Moreover, he is a true artist! Finally, the supervision for this medical trip is personally adjusted according to each person's needs. Undergoing surgery alone, in a distant and unknown country is not an easy task....I was reassured from the first communication with the charming Meryiam until the final embrace with Hédia...what a little piece of woman dynamic and helpful. Thank you Mr. Mansour for maintaining this company whose "beauty" in every sense of the word is at the heart of each of your team's actions! Really, THANKS everyone!!!
