Mohamad and Malek from MIA Installations were fabulous. The first Home Depot dishwasher delivered to my home on Dec. 6 was damaged. A replacement was ordered within an hour of the delivery company taking it away, the new one delivered on Dec. 12. I was in voice and text-message communication with Mohamad to cancel his first installation appointment and book a second one. He called a few days before arriving to say he'd be here on Dec. 14 at 7 am, which he was, to the minute. The installation was flawless, cleanup very efficient and the old dishwasher removed as had been arranged. Mohamad and Malek were excellent. Highest marks to them for a very, very positive experience. Very highly recommended.

When I’m pissed with BestBuy customer service, I found Mia. I didn’t expect I can get the same day service. Mohamed and his team are amazing. Quick, professional, friendly. They do a test after installation to make sure everything working properly. It’s a more than 5 star service!
