The store manager for Vimont called me following the incident and we were able to clear this issue. Mistakes happen, but it is the reaction to a mistake that matters. Thank you for not letting your clients down!

Very unprofessional and downright rude behavior of the front counter lady. It was mentioned here before. It is the same as of Feb 2019. Wrote an official comment through their website, will see if I can get a response.
