(March 22, 2019, 4:09 am)I was absolutely gobsmacked at the exceptional customer service these people provided. I placed the order with Piano Hertiage through Amazon without knowing the store was right at my nose. Got into a bit trouble with the credit being on hold due to security check however Lee, the owner, went above and beyond the scope of being just a seller. He kept me posted throughout my entire purchase and sent regular emails on the status of the order, which I highly appreciated since I wasn't sure when the piano would arrive and I was on business travel during that time. Surprisingly my piano arrived just a couple of days after my order had been approved on Amazon. Lee and Denis explained everything to me, like how to take care of the piano, how to get it started, how to plug the headset in, etc. I'm totally pleased with my purchase. Never expected an Amazon dealer would go beyond the normal standard to give so remarkable a customer service. You really, truly and absolutely can't go wrong with Lee and his team. Will definitely place an order with them again when I upgrade my piano. Thanks again Lee & Denis!

(December 23, 2018, 2:37 am)I didn't think it matters where I buy the piano from- well it made a HUGE difference! We went in looking for a digital Clavinova, and ended up with a B2 acoustic/silent piano (something we didn't even know existed!) thanks to Marta and Lee's amazing service. Had we gone elsewhere we would have never asked for a silent piano and would have missed out.
Marta is so knowledgeable and lovely to deal with, she took the time to hear our needs and found the perfect fit for us. Lee made our experience so much fun with his stories and interesting facts. He was even kind enough to loan us a digital piano until our order comes in (which takes months..) Nobody does that.
Other stores make you feel like you're buying an expensive piece of furniture, but Heritage understand how special your purchase is and treat it as such. There's really no reason to go elsewhere, we drive all the way from Nun's island and the service is worth it.
(July 9, 2018, 12:09 am)Would highly recommend going to Piano Heritage to purchase your piano. Recently purchased a Yamaha CLP 685 in polished black. Had done a lot of research and comparisons from other retailers and we chose to make our purchase at Piano Heritage. We received an excellent customer service with Lee, above and beyond expectations. He definitely has a passion for what he does and provided us the time, energy, and superb service, including shipping. Very knowledgeable about pianos on the market and has a beautiful collection. I felt very comfortable trying out different models and making a choice to purchase the piano with Lee. It was a very personalised service for such a personal purchase. Thanks again Lee and the whole team, will recommend to our friends and anyone looking to make that special purchase.
