(April 20, 2021, 4:15 pm)I needed to submit a request to the city but the plan that accompanied the certificate of location was not with the certified copies! The situation was desperate since the notary did not keep the documents more than ten years after the sale. I contacted Mr. Lamarche to explain my case to him and he sent me the electronic copy of the plan in the same hour.
