I was searching for a good repair shop for my laptop, I found this place and decided to give it a try with all the good reviews and did not want to stop by Best Buy. I'm really glad I did, thank you to Sebastian for spending more time than he should have to repair my stubborn laptop, and now it's just like brand new. I would totally recommend!

I highly recommend PC Concept! Sebastien was honest and did not try to rob me. He told me my laptop was old, and with all the problems it had, it wasn't worth fixing, and gave me good advice on what to buy. He was right!! He was very patient and took his time to explain everything to me. Very nice man, and knows what he is doing. If I encounter any problems with my laptop, PC Concept is the place where I will go back. Again, I highly recommend it!!
