Two weeks ago, I went in right before closure to ask for an appointment for the next day, but after explaining my phones issue (which I had been struggling with for 8 months, thinking it would cost me time and money) to Johnathan, he said that it can probably be fixed on the spot. In under 5 minutes, he opened up my phone, worked his magic and I was good to go. I had been struggling with this issue for so long for something Johnathan fixed in 2 minutes for no cost. Outstanding!
