They actually take their time, but that's where the issue comes to play, people who are waiting aren't too happy because the wait is pretty long. From experience the wait is worth it. Unfortunately many people now a days aren't too patient.

(September 28, 2016, 6:08 pm)Honestly, I have been going there for a short period of time, it is by FAR the best experience, the ambiance and the staff's skills are amazing.
A good friend of mine recommended the place and it has been the best improvement my hairstyle has ever seen.
Do not hesitate to give these guys a shot, you will not be disappointed.
