Always EXCELLANT service and amazing staff! Thank you!!!
For those who rated low because of slow service, shame on you. This is not a fast food restaurant. These people are dealing with people's money. After my father's death, they respectfully did everything in their power to make any transaction and paperwork required go smoothly for me. Just this Saturday one of the clerks went out of her way to help me with a last minute transaction.
So for those who hate to wait for good service..maybe it's not the bank
Maybe it's YOU. My father was a loyal customer and will continue to do so as well.

The staff is great, management is amazing ! The GM Sylvie is a gem! Reena the service manager is awesome! Because of these 2 woman I keep my business at RBC. Let's not also forget the clerks. They always smile and try to help as much as they can.
