(March 7, 2019, 4:07 pm)I was never fan of training and martial arts, but I met Aris many-many years ago when I brought my 6 years old son to deal with bullying in school, to build some self-defense and stand up to his height. In very short period I saw the expected results and a lot more. Eventually my daughter joined his class. His martial arts school is all about discipline, self-defense, self-esteem, self-control and life lessons especially for the little ones, from a person who has deep real values and real-life experience. Later on, I joined his mixed martial group with both of teenagers and it was awesome experience. Nowadays, I have my own semi-private training group led by Aris where the focus is in building strength, endurance and building a strong core and the results are fantastic. Thanks Aris 😊
