(July 12, 2018, 9:45 am)I take French classes here that are offered for free for immigrants. I just learned yesterday that it is a full service for all immigrants regardless of their status. For example, they offer tax writing services during tax season for only $5. This is among many kinds of help they offer here. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Only hitch: the place is run down. Bathrooms are in bad shape!
