We corresponded through Instagram, and D Events was very responsive and provided updates throughout the process - she even sent me a picture of the final product before delivery. She reached out to me immediately when there was an issue with delivering the flowers (instead of leaving at the door!) and we were able to resolve it which I really appreciate.

Overall very very happy with my experience! The flowers themselves are absolutely beautiful - and along with the outstanding customer service, you definitely won’t regret ordering from here.
