I tried the hot chocolate and it was very good.
Great staff, coffee bean and drink quality is very high, food is good for pre-made stuff. My go-to study/meeting spot in the area.
Warm ambiance. Free parking in front. Friendly service. Very accessible (right off the highway 13). Beverages are delicious. They have healthy choices for organic eaters. Perfect place to meet friends, go to work or study or have small business meetings. Free wifi.
I think this is why Starbucks is kicking Second Cup’s a@@. It was confusing from the beginning, not sure if it’s because there were lots of people and they work better with a slower flow.
We ordered coffee and sandwich combos, picked our sandwiches but had to go back to the front of the line to pick them up and give them to the counter. Then we placed a coffee order and weren’t sure where and when to pick them up. They don’t need to write the names on the cups like Starbucks does but there has to be an understanding from the customer went to pick up the drinks. There seem to be a lot of stuff with each other to create a flow.
It was confusing for us and imagine it was the same for others that were waiting in line. With pumpkin lattes pumping out, how do you know which one is your order.
I thought the staff worked hard to make the effort but they fell short. So they get an extra star for that. Was delivered the wrong coffee but they corrected it immediately! Sandwiches were toasted but cold inside.
