After having had an inspection done, which I found to be non-exhaustive, I decided to hire Vision Bâtiment. I had already heard of the company that we recommended hands down. With Philippe it was an inspection not only pleasant but with a quality report which detected weaknesses of my potential purchase not detected before. I highly recommend !!

I found the inspector Jonathan from the website AIBQ and I think I really made a good choice!
It was really hot when we did the inspection, 33 degree outside, the hottest day of this year. But the professional attitude and explanation from Jonathan really gave me a good and professional impression. The communication between us and the seller was friendly. He was very precise and explained everything professionally and accurately.
I received the report just 1 day after the inspection. The report specifies everything I need to pay attention or repair. It is almost a maintenance handbook for my future house.
