(December 1, 2022, 6:31 pm)I went to the cashier today in an effort to open an account and I was a victim of ageism. I explained to the lady that I did not like the service that my old bank offered me and that I had been defrauded before. Directly the lady jumped to the conclusion by explaining to me that they did not accept fraudsters and that it was my responsibility to ensure that I did not get defrauded. She repeatedly insisted that the bank would cancel my account if I participated in the fraud. Ma'am, just because I'm young and want the best banking services doesn't mean I'm a fraudster!
