Maître L’Esperance is a very well spoken, educated and professional notary who today walked us through the mortgage switch process. He was not only able to answer all questions in the present transaction, but also explain future implications of a mortgage decision. He even provided a prepared letter for our insurance company. When I saw the hourly rate for his service it was not far from our mechanics at a reputable garage which made us think we really have to put a good word out there for his practice during COVID-19 because it was a flawless visit and we all know a champion when we see one.
