Their evaluation is not accurate they do not dig for the detailes in the building for example windows if it s 50 years old or new it s the same for them , as well the floor and so on these evaluation should be accurate for the amount of money were put on the building or have to be put in order to get the price appraised . Simply not professionals

Very satisfied with the professionalism and the production time of the report. Easy communication with the evaluator and flexible when making appointments for the visit. The value issued reflects market reality very well.

I needed an appraisal done in a day as my buying offer expired soon. Jean-Michel Vanier was very flexible, changed his schedule and kept me informed even though the bank coordinated. He went there the same day. An extraordinary effort.
