I first called and he happily took me on the spot (10min after calling), super well greeting as well, the guy is extra smiley. I spent two hours in there trying to find a problem that wasn't there. After all the time and energy he spent on me, the man categorically refused to get paid. He insisted he cannot charge for a solution if there was no problem in the first place.
