(October 31, 2018, 9:13 pm)Earlier this year, my furnace was leaking water. Made an appointment with them to service the unit. They told me it was due to a dirty filter, so there will be no waranty for the service. Charged me almost 200$ for 20 minutes. After they finished checking the unit, they forgot to open the hot water pipe to the furnace causing me to not have any heating.
The reception when you called their number do not speak English, at least she tried. The thing is, they always promise you that they will call you back, chance is, they will never call you back, even email, they might not even bother to reply you. I would highly suggest you to call another company for maintenance and service.
Lately, I had an issue where cold water is flowing in reverse into my hot water pipe, causing my water in the kitchen and bathroom to be warm instead of hot. I gave them a call told them there seem to be a check valve/backflow preventer within the furnace that is causing this issue, they denied it and told me to call a plumber. For the price they charged, you can easily get a company that is certified for AC/Heal/Plumbing to help you instead.
