(August 5, 2023, 2:31 pm)Close proximity to everything (market, pharmacy, restaurants etc.) Cons: Very difficult to get a place of parking for visitors as it’s always full and there’s no parking for people with disabilities. Pros: Nice place to stay, cozy, pet friendly (small dog) and smoke free. Been living there since April 2022 and very happy. The office try to get everything fix as fast as they can and we got access to repairs on site with an handyman, pool, pet park, pet wash, interior parking and BBQ area. Compare to the Apartment I was living before the services here are really good!

It's been over a week since I reported problems with my front door lock and my fridge-freezer. no one came to fix it, very disappointed, but I am ready to change my qualification here and change my mind if my problems with my accommodation are resolved. We pay too much here, we expect that problems will be resolved as quickly as possible and that complaints will be processed as quickly as possible.
