My mom contacted this company about a mold problem. After talking to Laurianne, I sent pictures of the problem to her colleague Frédéric. After receiving and analyzing them, he contacted my mother to give her advice, as there was no need to move. Everything was done according to his advice and the result is positive. We did business with them to install a vapor barrier and solve the insulation problem in our veranda.

The only downside that could have been a big problem if no one was working from home is the lack of punctuality. Sometimes, we were told that someone was going to come on such and such a date at such a time ... and in the end, no one came or came on another day and without warning. We can understand that there are unforeseen events, but we cannot understand the fact that no one is calling just to let us know and not let us wait for nothing.

In summary, problem of misstep and punctuality, but in the end the work was completed, the small error corrected and Mr. Fred always answered our calls. Friendly and hard-working team. I will recommend this company, but hey, adding that you have to have an elastic schedule. ;)
