World Gym Laval

Hi, I've been a member from the day World Gym opened. It was clean in the beginning and then once the amazing cleaning staff left it got extremely dirty and members left for that reason. Dirty. It was very hard for us. Since the MANAGER Mike has started working at the gym he's been awesome making sure the gym is clean.Walking around checking and if there was something he would clean it up. On Monday the 8th, I saw Helen the Assistant Manager put her blue gloves on and walked into the men's washroom to clean up!! Then I see Mike the Manager with the vacuum cleaner and mop. Helen cleaning the washrooms and Mike vacuuming and mopping.Who does that in management??? No one that I know of!!! Mike is also great with the members and so is Helen. They are a great team!! Thank you for listening Mike and Helen. World Gym Laval is lucky to have you both!! When something is wrong we speak up. Now something is wright we speak up.

I love training with my coach Stephanie. I don't feel judged and if anything, she pushes me to my limits. Sometimes it is hard to stick to a routine and to a healthy diet plan but she is always there to encourage me and get me back in track. I really recommend the trainers at this location :)

Love this gym and my trainer Niko who helped me get the off-ice training required to make the cut for my u18 AAA hockey team.
