the beyond trio with no sauce (just mustard) or cheese is vegan!! quite happy about this as it's hard to find vegan food at eateries outside of montreal. staff is nice (helped with my tray as i'm disabled) and the place is very clean

Almost every time I go to A&W, there's no one at the counter for a long time - always waiting, and waiting, and... once the order is in, the waiting is so long for the food to arrive. It's a good hamburger - but - the service is no good. There is no other fast food restaurant I go to, walk in, and no one is at the counter... This is unique at A&W shawinigan... Maybe the next time I will take a picture with my phone!
