I first called to get information about purchasing a replacement controller. Impeccable service.
I moved to pick it up. I arrived during the lunch hour, but the person still cleared the door and served me.
I requested a service call. The lady told me that the waiting time is longer. 24 hours later, a technician was at my house.
Olivier served me like a pro! Maintenance advice, correction of a few small points on the existing garage door, programming of my new controller and buttons integrated in my vehicle.
Wow, impeccable service as I care more!
