Cozy, pretty view, kind owners. No A/C in bedroom.

The hotel is surrounded by the mountains and the forest, and itself looks like part of the landscape with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural wood in the exterior and interior. The place is quiet, well-kept, and a real pleasure to stay. The only issue was the wifi; it was weak, we couldn’t use it.

This place is a hidden gem! If you're in the area to hike the Saguenay Fjord National Park, I would highly recommend staying here! My husband and I stayed here while doing some hiking in the park. The owners are lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and various travel routes. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and the garden is lush and green. The only issue we encountered was staying on the main floor. If you like to sleep past 6:30-7AM I would suggest asking for a room on the second floor as we were woken up each morning by the people above us walking (stomping) around and the floors are thin. Hence, the four stars.
