(July 21, 2021, 3:19 pm)Quoi que la bâtisse est vieille et nécessiterait un rafraîchissement dans la peinture et l'aménagement, des meubles et équipements plus récents, l'endroit est propre et le personnel est vraiment accueillant et attentionné envers les résidents, bravo! C'est la grand-mère de mon conjoint qui y réside et elle semble s'y plaire. J'ai vraiment apprécié voir l'équipe de soignants souriants et présents pour les personnes résidente.

(April 16, 2021, 6:15 pm)My mother's Alzheimer's was getting advanced and she kept getting up and falling in the night, but I was still very anxious to put her in a CHSLD. She ended up in Gertrude Lafrance and I couldn't be happier with the staff. One young attendant even gave her grandmother's clothes to my tiny mom because the attendant's grandmother was putting on weight. My mom loves the food and everyone does the best they can in this difficult year of COVID. All the patients have different levels of dementia but the staff is very patient. You can rest assured your loved one will get great care here.
