Club C - Club Chaussures

We went for the first time in October to buy my daughter's boots because she had just broken hers (buy from another banner). being afraid to relive the same problem with a new pair of boots (sole that takes off at the heel) the lady assured me that I could come back if this was the case. Unfortunately this was the case 2 months later. So we went back there and the lady to 1-find my invoice in the files- 2 agree to make an exchange despite the past 2 months, 3- convinced and help the girl to choose winter boots rather than fall. Great customer service, super friendly lady who really wants to give these customers the best.

We had great customer service! The saleswoman was really nice and funny! She took the time to have my son try out several sizes and really tried to make the best buy that will be the most durable for us! Even my kids came out saying the sales clerk was super funny !! Thank you! We will return!

Very good shoe shop. All kinds of shoes, several brands, and different prices. There are big names like Sketcher, Puma, and others, and lesser known brands, and more affordable. There is also a whole lot of diversified accessories. Rings, watches, handbags, stockings ... I have also received excellent service in this shop. What good things to say.
