(August 23, 2018, 1:03 am)This bakery offers one of the best bread and pastry in town. There namesake levain bread is made with natural lactobacillus fermentation which makes bread more bouncy and texture more chewy with a sour sweet flavor. Get their Levain baguette, croissant, all taste great. My kids love their mini fruit tarts, too.
