I have dealt with Michel on several occasions. The first time with a triplex in Montreal from the 1900s that has undergone several renovations over the years. Then Michel helped me with my house on the south shore, a century-old house from 1880. Finally, he helped me with my last purchase of a 6-plex on the south shore.
