Prospecting… how do you do this modern real estate prospecting? I remember doing prospecting by going door to door, on several cold and rainy Sundays in November, driving, knocking on doors, not being answered, leaving letters… .. a lot of effort without great results ....

Today Jacques gave us a “live” presentation of how he does prospecting… modern prospecting without going door to door just behind a computer screen and we were able to attend it very comfortably seated in the comfort of our home.

Through different strategies on the web, in real time, Jacques has managed to find several people whom he can potentially help by meeting their housing needs by moving from tenant to owner. Using social media, he wrote to them while he was giving his presentation and one of them responded.

He managed to get his phone number and get an RV the next day.

It has shown me that modern prospecting is within everyone's reach, that we can do it from anywhere, without leaving our homes and without even having to knock on doors !!
