Restaurant Grigio

This was my third time since the opening…
Very nice and friendly staff but unfortunately not good at serving water, bread and asking if things are ok. All three times the restaurant was wayyyyyy to cold. Every single person had to go get a jacket or warmer shirt in their cars. We all told staff about that but seems that nothing could be done. We’ll give them another shot but only in winter when we are dressed for the occasion.
Food was good….

Everything was excellent with the food and waiter except for one small thing, I had asked if it was possible to change the pasta that comes with the plate (it was a creamy sauce with bacon and I wanted a rose or tomato sauce instead of the bacon sauce) he said it was possible but didn't explain that there would be extra charges. No problem, it wasn't that much more but I was asking if we had the choice since other restaurants make changes to the sauce without extra charges (unless it's got meat) I would have been happy to keep the creamy bacon sauce but was asking if there were options, he should have said yes but for a fee. Basically I paid extra when I would have been happy to keep the order as is. A small oversight on waiters part but he was excellent otherwise.

Feel like eating an excellant Italuan restaurant, bring your own wine, and the food price is very good.!!!

The service was good. The waitress was nice and helpfull. However the food was not great. They put extra charge for everything even for a change of sauce in the pasta. The pasta sauce was bland and the veal/chicken was tough. We were disappointed with the quality of the food.
