Mom and pop

Mom and pop type shop, but excellent service and quality. The personnel here really take the time to explain things and offer excellent service for extremely fair prices.

I went there for a second time while having difficulties on the water. They immediately took the time to look at my motors and fixed them. They diagnosed a problem I was having with my second motor (a Johnson 4 stroke kicker) and ordered the part. Didn't worry about me paying until I came back to get the job finished. I finally went back almost 3 weeks later when they got the part and they fixed it on the spot so I could leave 5 mins later with my boat. I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant it is doing business with this company.

In discussions with friends about how poorly the service industry is doing in quebec, I often use my experience here to provide an example of how things should be!
