“I've had experiences so far 30 years. I met a councillor when they knocked on my door after a loss of pregnancy.Since then I found myself divorced with no family,relatives, or support system. From then on they made themselves available to see me thru being a single mom for many years to present whenever I needed them. Even thru medical diagnosis and again when I was badly assaulted.. They had supported myself at police station, CVAC, etc filling out forms. They had put a support team for me of Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Regular Nurse, Psychologist Therapists, Specialist in Apparatuses for My disabilities (all in Richmond) & even accompany myself on seeing specialists and home care.They have been with me including surgeries. The team is still seeing myself thru and I have a Medic Bus picking me up at home. No words can say how thankful I am and I recommend their services highly.”
