Correct
I've been there once last year and it was not so great, but I went back this year and the motel changed drastically. New owners took over and renovated the rooms, they got rid of the moldy rugs and installed good quality flooring and generally fixed things up. There's also breakfast now.
The staff is very friendly and approachable. Although I wouldn't say that it is now brand new, but you really get your money's worth. I would definitely recommend this place.
