For both, we've discussed several options with Pierre before making a decision. In both cases, the estimate he gave us was what we ended up paying. Also, he knows his stuff, explains it to us, and he does things in a way that respects the code and that's safe - maybe this is what puts off some people? The installation of both the stove and fireplace have been flawless; the workers came on the day we expected them, and the work was done very professionally, and we've been using both now without any issue. We've also done sweepings, and same here, all went very well. We're really happy with the service we've received over the years, and we trust the safety of the installation of our woodstone and fireplace.
