(March 10, 2019, 7:17 pm)I always come here for an amazing meal and especially for special occasions or a meal I’d like to impress with. The head chef is incredibly creative with the menu changing all the time, sometimes with themed days where you are served family-style. The head chef might even pop out to say hello after service! Service is always impeccable as well. I’ve never been disappointed at L’Oree du Bois and would highly recommend.

(February 18, 2019, 10:01 pm)Absolutely outstanding! We had the pleasure of spending our Valentines day dinner at this establishment and could not have been happier with our selection.
Our waiter Patrick was exceptional. His professionalism did not go unnoticed, and his detailed knowledge of wine was very impressive. He made great pairing recommendations for each of our courses and gave us a small history of every selection which allowed us to appreciate the product that much more.
I also wanted to give a special recognition to Xavier. He was very polite, kind and ensured our table was spotless the entire evening.
Finally, the food YUMMMMM! The care and attention that went in to every course was very much received. I am still dreaming about the Goat Cheese crostini appetizer. Everything from the service the staff provided to the flavours of food the Chef created was top notch!
Side note - one of the slipperiest tables I have ever ate off. I was constantly on alert for my wine glass not to slide off of the table as I had just witness this happened to another guests. Overall a fabulous experience. l Will definitely be retuning in the near future.
(December 31, 2018, 2:04 am)What an amazing food experience. Service was exceptional...we were well taken care of bit never felt like there was someone hovering over us. All this despite the fact that the power went out within 5 minutes of us sitting down. They did not miss a beat. Excellent work!

Had the brunch and the only thing that wasn't far above par was the dessert, and mainly because apricots aren't quite my thing.
Staff spoke English excellently, table service was prompt, consistent and friendly.
5/5 would recommend to anyone, though they must be prepared to pay the premium for what they get.

As always, L'Orée du Bois was amazing last night. Spent a very nice 4 hours there ! Service is so ... good, Table d'hôte always nice to try new things. Specially liked the smoked salmon and scallops, from their smoker, what a tasty appetizer.
