(January 12, 2019, 6:09 pm)Beautiful setting and friendly service. The food was very good, but not out of this world good... I felt it was a bit high priced for what it was, but I suppose the price reflects the ambiance. I had a salad, beef tenderloin, and creme caramel for dessert - all good but not anything that I can't wait to eat again. This is a great venue for a leisurely dinner with good friends and good wine, or for a romantic dinner for two.
(January 2, 2019, 6:46 pm)Gorgeous location in the Gatineaus with a stunning selection of original Canadian art. However, lunch was unexceptional and portions were small for the price. One of my friends ordered an extra dish because her vegetarian lunch was so tiny.
(September 19, 2018, 10:17 am)What a night! Not inexpensive but oh man the food & drink was so excellent. The service impeccable and personal. Offered an omnivore set menu or vegetarian. We each tried one of them. Both delicious.
We arrived for our 7pm reservation and ate our multi-course meal over the next few hours, leaving well after 10pm after a nice drink on the couches in the salon. Exquisite - can't wait to return and see what fresh local & foraged food is on the menu tonight.
