I took the intensive course in August 2020 at Ferme Alpakiade. Night in a tent, lessons in the barn, shower heated with compost ... quite an experience! 😉
Graham, the teacher, is very generous in sharing his wealth of knowledge and experiences. The content is very dense and even in 2 weeks you only scratch the surface of some topics. But we come out with a global vision of how nature works, its mechanisms and reactions. The many shared analysis tools, as well as the intervention methods to solve problems with the greatest respect for nature, give me the understanding to help my environment. It is then a matter of keeping in touch with this community and getting involved in perma projects to practice as often as possible and to continue learning. Oh yes, all the content then remains accessible to students to deepen and revise certain subjects.
I did the intensive 15-day PDC camp. It was a wonderful experience! Graham is an excellent, passionate teacher who will give you a lot of information.
The P3 team is welcoming, everyone is caring. The food was top notch. I will definitely stay there again!
Graham is someone trustworthy and very professional. He knows his work, and has been a super co-worker and is still a good friend for me.
He listens to customers and make his best to combine their needs with the principles of permaculture.
I did my Permaculture Design Course with P3, full on-farm course in 2020. And seriously, if you don't do it, you are missing on a lot. For 2 weeks, we have theoretical course in the mornings, and practice what we learned that day in the afternoon. It is a wonderful way to learn and I couldn't have ask for better. The food was amazing, the site was charming, the team is so knowledgeable, and you get gest speakers once in a while, who have different experiences around the world and in their own personal lives.
Believe me, you should go with P3.
!!! A self investment 110% !!! I would like to give a HUGE thank-you to Graham Calder of P3 Permaculture! I feel the PDC was a first step into a new and better life. The true knowledge that was shared was nothing less then jaw dropping, mind blowing, eye opening and is so very very important to know. Graham is the kind of teacher we need to truly evolve into what we are ment to be. I would recommend the PDC to EVERYONE , as you can apply the principles learned to every aspect of your life. I certainly will be trying.
