Just had Adam here to do a repair on my Stove and he went above and
beyond the call of duty and took my glass door apart so I could Windex it. He made this women extremely happy. He also did repair my stove so I can now get busy cooking. Thank-You Young's Appliance and Adam for Outstanding Customer Service.

I have dealt with Young's for over 20 years on a variety of appliances. I have always been impressed by the knowledge and competence of the service reps that came.
My fridge was not cooling properly. I called 2 weeks ago. Adam came the next day. When Adam was delayed on a previous job, Paula called to say he would be late, which was appreciated. Adam spent a lot of time defrosting my freezer enabling the fridge to work temporarily. Paula had to order a part. She called the day it came in and arranged for Curtis to come the next day. Curtis came early and was very knowledgeable.
I consider the service experience excellent - better than I expected.
