(July 30, 2018, 1:16 am)During the CAPI International Conference on Precision Agriculture in Montreal, I visited the Delfland farm which produces vegetables like carrots and lettuce for restaurants in the mayor's food chain. They also work with the Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada to implement precision agricultural techniques and research to improve their production and use the exact amount of water or pesticide needed. to ensure the health of the territory. It was very interesting to see their equipment and learn what they were doing in precision farming.
