After some usage, maintenance, and a suggestion for minor improvements to our system, they left and we have air conditioning. Congratulations to you both. We were about to change the heat pump and furnace after 13 years of installation. Very appreciated visit. I realize their service is complicated ... A heat wave and their reality becomes unmanageable. Good luck.
