Unique and delicious! In salads it's extraordinary. With kale ... yum !!!! 1/3 lemon juice for 2/3 camelina oil. Salt, ginger powder and onion powder. Very happy to have discovered it 6 months ago! In addition it comes from my corner of the country having grown up in Mauricie! I love!

I replaced olive oil and sesame oil with camelina. I really like their product and try to convert my family members by offering this oil as a gift :).
