However, the sales guy that came first to give us the quote, Jean something ....terribly unpleasant.
I ended up placing the order directly on the phone with their customer service department and had impeccable service.
Second house, I just went straight to the main office, did not deal with the representative. Again, impeccable service.
So do not base your decision on one guy's bad service and attitude, the company is not him, try to get someone else assigned to your project if Jean is sent over.
Products are awesome, prices too, and service too if you talk to the right people !
