An absolute gem of a place. It was one of my favourite places to stay in Tremblant (vs. Fairmont, Westin). It's a shame that the prices have skyrocketed as they must have outsourced their booking agent to a third party company (LeQube) which has increased the fees drastically (parking extra, 2-day minimum, service charges, etc). I will miss it here.
My wife and I had a great weekend stay at the Auberge Le Refuge! We stayed in the Eagles Nest Suite on the top floor. The vaulted ceilings and large ceiling high windows make the space feel very airy and spacious with lots of natural daylight. We loved the view of Mont Tremblant and the Village from our balcony. The suite was very clean and we'll equipped. The check-in process was super convenient.
Perfect place to hide from noise and relax. App fully equiped and it is suitable for long vacation. Just bring your food and daily needs and enjoy your stay. Fridge, coffee machine as well all machine tools are there for you. You will feel home
I would repeat in a heart beat. This place was wonderful, clean, and perfect in so many ways. The kitchenate was great for our breakfasts and just the way the sun cam into our living space was amazing.
You are a 20min walk away from Mont Tremblant village, 5min walk from the marina and everything else is within your finger tips.
My advice to you, just book it.
Our quick trip to Mont Tremblant included a stay at The Refuge, a place we would highly recommend. Self check-in was super easy and the place was sparkling clean, almost on par with a high end hotel. The electric fire place in our room was a nice addition to keep us toasty at night. Heat controls were not an issue, no cold drafts or cold spots in the place. There was ample room for our snowboard gear and the full kitchen had everything we needed if we had chose to cook a meal. It is walking distance to the ski resort (about 1.5 miles) but it’s not a walk I’d make every day.
Only negative was the tight parking lot up a steep (but small) hill. My sedan fit perfectly but it would’ve been a challenge if I drove my full size pickup.
Overall, it was a great place that we would absolutely book again.
