THE MOST EFFICIENT AND WELL-DONE SKI RENTAL IVE EVER BEEN TO!

I visited on a busy Monday PED day, but thanks to the online que reservation system, there were no lines, we just were let in(they let in approx 3 groups at a time). Lift tickets can also be picked up there! The woman who sized the PERFECT (best fit of any mountain I’ve skied) ski boot for me, which was a seemingly new Salomon boot, stood behind a moving plexiglass partition! Love the boots and service so much that I might buy the pair if I can find out the model. The foot measurement felt like we were at a shoe store, CLEARLY this mountain’s rental system CARES for its customers. Hope to return to this exceptional service next year!

Saw the low ratings at this place and wanted to make sure everyone knows this is a 5 star operation. Everything is perfectly organized. Everyone smiling and welcoming. Equipment was great. Free shoe check service. Arrows pointing where to go and where to drop things. I was one person waiting in line and manager came out to process me so that I don’t wait. Boots technician helped me to put my boots on. 5 star service. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Excellent ski place.

Sold my equipment recently and had to head back into rental territory (cringe) - well surprise surprise, great staff, fully automated set up, half decent equipment, book advance online ..it's cheaper. I have access to grade nine French so was a little worried about communicating - no problem here, most speak excellent English and will work through every little detail with you. Great experience here and on the entire resort - we love Quebec and the people))) super 2 day trip .
